Successfully founding Mundy Realty in 1975, Carolyn Hardy has an established and acknowledged presence in the world of realty. The Bennett Belle has had her fair share of life in numerous North Carolina cities, from Charlotte to Greensboro and finally in Winston-Salem.

Founder and Broker, Carolyn Hardy is a legend in the region. Licensed since 1973, she is the first African-American Realtor in the region to own and operate a realty company.

A graduate of Bennett College, Carolyn maintains active membership and committee work in the following:

• United Missionary Baptist Church
• National Association of Realtors
• Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors

Carolyn, known for her strong work ethic, founded Mundy Realty, Inc. on the principle that all of her customers are her employers -- she works for them. For Carolyn, it’s not about how much commission she makes, rather her customer’s 100% satisfaction with Mundy Realty’s work on their behalf. She’s going to do all that she can to make your buying and/or selling experience successful.

Ms. Mundy has been recognized as the "Business of the Month" and "Business of the Year" by the East Area Council of Greater W-S Chamber of Commerce.
